When buying a used daysailer, the agreed figure decides what comes back in the event of a claim. From Greenboats GmbH there is the FLAX27 Daysailer, a sailing boat with construction years from 2019 to this day. For it we agree an agreed value on the basis of which indemnity is paid with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old").
No further ranges are known to us, and no details are available about the size or the programme of the yard. This has no effect on the policy: we insure irrespective of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, and small series and self-builds can be insured as well.
For a sailing boat the premium results from the type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range. Club races are included from Basis-Plus upwards, races with ranking status you report when taking out the policy. For anyone switching from an existing policy, we cancel the previous policy free of charge.

Frequent questions
What happens to the indemnity after a total loss?
It is based on the agreed value settled when the policy was taken out, with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"). In the Premium tariff this applies with no age limit, irrespective of the boat's year of construction.
Are regattas with a FLAX27 Daysailer included?
Club races are covered from the Basis-Plus level upwards. Races with ranking status you state when taking out the policy, so that they are expressly set out in it and are covered in the event of a claim.
