Boats built in Masuria are made for shallow inland waters: keel-centreboard hulls, little draught, a mast that can be lowered. Precisely this profile determines the damage that occurs. Grounding happens frequently and is usually harmless, whereas a broken mast while lowering and raising is expensive and is covered under the full hull cover.
If you sail on the Masurian Lakes and keep your boat there, you need Poland as the cruising range in the policy. We insure European inland waters without a surcharge, the entry simply has to be correct. For the delivery trip on the trailer, transport is included with us.
