Worth knowing
Medora; cover, cost and conditions
Three sailing yacht ranges are recorded: Show 34, Show 38 and Show 41, built between 1992 and 2003. Beyond these details nothing is available. Yachts of these years spend part of the year ashore, and this period belongs in the cover just as much as the season on the water.
The cover applies in winter storage, during craning, during launching and on the transport route. The limited hull cover covers fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. There is no time window and no night clause in the hull cover.
For the premium calculation on sailing yachts, the sail area counts as well as type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. Club races are included from Basis-Plus. The full hull cover secures with an agreed value and pays with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit.
