Two ranges are documented: the Nissen CR 42 from the build years 1995 to 2001 and the 5 KR-Kreuzer from 1965 to 1972. Added to that are the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range, but never the brand.
Both build periods lie in the past, the older one more than fifty years back. For us that is no obstacle: we insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, and the agreed value holds the agreed amount with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff without an age limit.
Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis, in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium. Club races are included from Basis-Plus, and races with ranking status you state when taking out the policy. The cover also applies in winter storage and during craning.
