The motorboat Särki SF 530 HT is the only recorded model range, built from 1982 to 1988. Anyone taking it over today is buying second or third hand. For the contract what counts is the current replacement value, which is recorded as an agreed value.
This agreed value applies in the event of a claim with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), and in the Premium tariff the full hull cover works with no age limit. We insure irrespective of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners, including with a boat from the eighties. The boat trailer is included at no extra premium.
After buying a used boat, a dispute about defects can arise. Legal expenses cover for water sports covers such disputes as well as a dispute with a yard and is offered in addition. The premium follows from type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power and cruising range.
