For the early build years from 1978 an agreed value makes more sense than actual cash value, because rig, engine and interior are renewed over the years. The Scalar Speedster at 6.25 m, by contrast, is trailerable, so transport should be included.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On sailing yachts the rig and the underwater hull are the expensive parts: a dismasting quickly costs a quarter of the boat, and osmosis counts as wear and is covered by no hull policy.
