Victor 34 and Samphire 9.00 are the two sailing yacht ranges recorded, with years of construction between 1975 and 1987. More about the programme is not on file. Production lies in the past, but cover is nevertheless provided regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.
For yachts of these years the agreed value carries the cover, because it fixes the value agreed. Compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Covered are collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard.
The type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range go into the premium, never the brand. Club races are included from the Basis-Plus tariff upwards. With a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium, the third-party liability forms the basis of the policy.
