Worth knowing
Jista; cover, cost and conditions
Two ranges are recorded, the Extension from 1974 to 1981 and the Solution from 1971 to 1981. On sailing boats of that period an outboard often hangs on the transom, and at NAMMERT theft of parts including the outboard is part of full hull cover.
Limited hull cover includes fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage. The basis remains third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros.
Both ranges came to an end in 1981, and trading today is second-hand. The premium is based on type of boat, value, year of construction, sail area and cruising range. On request we cancel the previous policy free of charge, and the agreed value fixes the agreed sum in the new policy.

Series by Jista, build years and cover
Extension is a sailing boat from Jista, built from 1974 to 1981.
Solution is a sailing yacht from Jista, built from 1971 to 1981.
For the Extension and Solution by Jista series there is no list price left.
That is why we work with an agreed value: you state the figure, we agree it,
and in a total loss exactly that amount is paid, with no deduction for wear.
For the Extension by Jista series: On boats this size the condition of rig and fittings decides.
A dismasting is covered, worn terminals after years are not.
For the Solution by Jista series:
On sailing yachts the rig and the underwater hull are the expensive parts:
a dismasting quickly costs a quarter of the boat,
and osmosis counts as wear and is covered by no hull policy.
