Fast speedboats need the speedbådskørekort, vessels above 15 metres the duelighedsbevis. Below that there is no general duty.

Context
How training works in Denmark
Denmark thinks in types of boat rather than in engine power. The speedbådskørekort is the certificate for the fast boat, and that is where the schools are: along the east coast and around the Limfjord, teaching that certificate and the radio ticket alongside it.
Everything bigger or going further is taught through the clubs. Dansk Sejlunion and Danske Tursejlere teach to the duelighedsbevis, which doubles as the basis for the ICC, and that is the document you need abroad.

Is my foreign certificate valid in Denmark?
As a visitor, yes. Anyone operating a boat in Denmark permanently follows the Danish rules.
