Ten model ranges run under the name Spirit, among them the 145, the 165 and the 185 Sport, built as motorboats between 1982 and 1996. For boats that move between water and land, the trailer is a subject in its own right: at NAMMERT it is included in the boat insurance at no extra premium.

Launching, craning and the transport route are also part of the cover, as is the time in winter storage. Damage in winter storage is already covered by limited hull cover, together with fire, storm, lightning strike and theft of the entire boat.

Production ended in the middle of the nineties. Taking out a policy remains possible, because we insure regardless of year of build, place of purchase and previous owners. Full hull cover settles on the basis of an agreed value and pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation (new for old), in the Premium tariff with no age limit.

Is the boat trailer included at no extra premium?

Yes, it is included in the boat insurance without an additional premium. This also covers launching, craning and the route between winter storage and berth.

How is damage in winter storage handled?

It is part of limited hull cover, as are fire, storm, lightning strike and theft of the entire boat. Full hull cover adds collision, grounding and vandalism.
