We have no model ranges on file for this brand. Neither the type of boat nor the production periods are recorded, which is why we write nothing here about a programme. Your boat can still be insured, because what matters are the details in your list and not the name of the manufacturer.

Small production runs and home-built boats can also be insured with NAMMERT. If a model has no documentation at all, the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the engine power or sail area and the cruising range take its place. From these the premium and the agreed value for the policy are derived.

At the core is third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels. Full hull cover and limited hull cover can be added, up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros online, above that after an individual review. The scope therefore does not depend on the origin of the boat.

Frequent questions

Can you insure a boat for which no model range is on file?

Yes. We need the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the engine power or sail area and the cruising range. Small production runs and home-built boats can be insured as well, even without a catalogue entry.

How is the value determined for an undocumented boat?

Through a firmly agreed value. It is fixed before any loss occurs, and compensation is paid with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff with no age limit.

A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).

Registration

Registration from 3 hp; for trips abroad carry the boat certificate or flag document.

Inland, coastal and abroad; plan fairways, bridge clearances, draught and tides.

Lifesaving gear, fire extinguisher, anchor, signalling equipment and correct navigation lights.

Cruising range

The agreed cruising range is stated in the policy and can be extended at any time.
