Thirteen model ranges of the Apartboat family are documented, from the XS through the M and the L Long to the XXL, with years of construction from 2016 and production ongoing. No type of boat is recorded for the brand itself; the individual ranges are listed as motor yachts.
At NAMMERT it is the individual boat that is rated in any case, by type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power or sail area and cruising range, never by the brand. The basis of every policy is third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels.
Limited hull cover and full hull cover build on this, with an agreed value and with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"), in the Premium tariff without an age limit. Permanently installed equipment belongs in the list of values. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy can be taken out online; above that we examine each case individually.

Up to what amount can the policy be taken out online?
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros. Above that we examine each case individually and settle the limit of indemnity, cruising range and equipment together with you before the policy is concluded.

Licence
A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).
Registration
Registration from 3 hp; for trips abroad carry the boat certificate or flag document.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On motor yachts the drive and the electronics together make up about half the value. Both belong in the valuation, otherwise the sum insured is too low.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
