Besides it, the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range count; the brand stays out of it. No further information is available about the yard itself, neither on a size nor on an affiliation. For the contract that is irrelevant, because what matters is the data of the individual boat.
The value is set as an agreed value and compensated in a claim with no deduction for depreciation, in the Premium tariff with no age limit. Full hull cover covers collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, without a time window and without a night clause.

Does a powerful engine affect the premium?
Engine power is one of the factors that make up the premium, alongside the type of boat, value, year of construction and cruising range. The brand of the boat is not taken into account.
Up to what sum can a policy be taken out online?
Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros. Above that NAMMERT reviews each case individually. Third-party liability is provided with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in all tariff levels.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part. Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
On motor yachts the drive and the electronics together make up about half the value. Both belong in the valuation, otherwise the sum insured is too low.
On catamarans the bridgedeck between the hulls is the sensitive part, and the berth belongs in the application: double width often means a mooring rather than a marina.
On boats this size the condition of rig and fittings decides. A dismasting is covered, worn terminals after years are not.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
On an inflatable the cause decides, not the damage: a tear from impact is covered, porous fabric after years in the sun is not. The outboard belongs in the policy with its serial number.
