Worth knowing
REAGL Marine Industries; cover, cost and conditions
We have no model ranges on file for this brand. Neither production periods nor types of boat are recorded, and we do not add anything here that cannot be substantiated. This has no effect on insurability: what matters is the data of your boat, not an entry in a list.
What counts for the application is the type of boat, the value, the year of construction, the engine output or the sail area and the cruising range. The brand never enters into the premium. Small series and home-built boats can be insured as well, and we provide cover regardless of the year of construction, the place of purchase and previous owners.
Cover starts with third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium levels. Limited hull cover and full hull cover are added on top, the latter with an agreed value and compensation with no deduction for depreciation (new for old). NAMMERT cancels the previous policy free of charge.
Questions and answers
Frequent questions
What applies if no model ranges are known for a brand?
The contract is based on the boat anyway, not on the manufacturer. Type of boat, value, year of construction, engine output or sail area and cruising range are sufficient for a quotation.
Can home-built boats with no series background be insured?
Yes, small series and home-built boats can be insured. The value is agreed by way of an agreed value, and in the event of a claim full hull cover pays out with no deduction for depreciation (new for old).
The cover that fits
For the whole class of boat
What matters for your boat depends less on the brand than on engine output, how a claim is settled and the waters you sail.
