Fourteen model ranges are recorded under Savir, among them the Vampire models, Echo Sport, Falco, Gipsy and Gipsy Cabin as well as the motor yachts Turbin 27 and Turbin 28. The years of build lie between 1967 and 1986, and production has ended. Anyone buying today buys second-hand and needs a contract with no limit on the year of build.
When buying a boat from that period, condition and history are often a matter of negotiation. If a dispute with the seller or with a yard follows, the legal expenses cover for water sports that NAMMERT also offers takes effect. It is available alongside third-party liability and hull insurance in the same package.
Full hull cover works with an agreed value, indemnifies with no deduction for depreciation and knows no age limit in the Premium tariff. Covered are collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard, plus damage in winter storage through limited hull cover.

Does the legal expenses cover include disputes with a yard?
Legal expenses cover for water sports is offered alongside and applies to disputes following the purchase of a used boat or with a yard. It supplements third-party liability and hull insurance.
How is a Savir Turbin 28 valued in the event of a claim?
According to the agreed value set when the contract is taken out. There is no deduction for depreciation, and in the Premium tariff this applies with no age limit.
