Thirty-one model ranges are recorded, among them the models 17 DL, 22 Deck, 22 SX, 23 SXi and 24 Deck, whose entries go back to 2004 and some of which continue to this day. No uniform type of boat is recorded for this brand, and therefore at NAMMERT the individual boat is what counts.
Decisive for the premium are the type of boat, value, year of construction, cruising range and, depending on the propulsion, engine power or sail area. The brand has no influence. Above all this stands third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros in the levels Basis, Basis-Plus and Premium.
Full hull cover works with an agreed value and pays compensation with no deduction for depreciation ("new for old"). Covered are collision, grounding, vandalism and theft of parts including the outboard; under limited hull cover, fire, storm, lightning strike, theft of the entire boat and damage in winter storage.

What details do you need for a model such as the 23 SXi?
The type of boat, value, year of construction, cruising range and, depending on the propulsion, engine power or sail area. From this the premium is derived, and the brand itself does not enter into the calculation.
Where does cover end during transport?
It does not end at the jetty. Winter storage, craning, launching and the transport route are included, and the boat trailer is covered at no extra premium within the boat insurance.

As the series is still in production, parts are available and repair costs are predictable. Even so, value it at replacement cost including retrofitted electronics, not at list price.
On a motorboat the drive is the single most valuable part. Damage after grounding is covered, an engine failure from wear is not.
On motor yachts the drive and the electronics together make up about half the value. Both belong in the valuation, otherwise the sum insured is too low.
For a series built in these years the market value and the replacement cost often differ widely. An agreed value removes the age-based scale, and the figure in the policy stands.
