For van der Valk we have no model ranges on record. Neither the type of boat nor the production period is held in our list, so we say so openly instead of adding something. For the insurance this is no obstacle, because the premium is never based on the brand anyway.

What counts is the type of boat, value, year of construction, engine power or sail area and the cruising range. We take these details directly from your boat. Small series and home-built boats can also be insured, and we insure regardless of year of construction, place of purchase and previous owners.

Third-party liability with a limit of indemnity of 10 to 50 million euros forms the basis, and limited hull cover and full hull cover build on it. Up to a sum insured of 2.5 million euros the policy can be taken out online, above that we review each case individually. Winter storage, craning and transport are included.

A powerboat licence (inland or coastal) is required from 15 hp (11.03 kW).

Registration
